Dues and Administration

The Dues and Administration Office is located at the Teamsters Building, 3813 Taylor Blvd. Louisville, KY 40215. The office is responsible for all matters pertaining to your dues payment, issuing identification cards, withdrawal cards and the membership mailing list.

Should you leave your job for any reason, please secure a withdrawal card immediately

A withdrawal card will stop your dues from accumulating the months you are not working. When you return to work, you simply turn in your withdrawal card and dues should be automatically deducted from your next pay check, thus eliminating you paying back dues. If all your dues are paid current through your last day of work the cost of a withdrawal card is only (.50) fifty-cents.
