Former Teamsters Local 89 Officer Chuck Priddy Passes Away
Long-time Local 89 business agent and former trustee Chuck Priddy passed away last Saturday. He leaves behind wife Celia and three children including Local 89 staff member Kim Wolfe, son Chuck Priddy and daughter Paula Keiran along with daughter-in-law Gina Priddy and son-in-law Steve Kieran. He also leaves behind six grandchildren; Gretchen, Jacob, Collette, Nick, Emily, and Ryan and three sisters; Betty Carroll, Kathy Boiling, and Lois Shifflett. Chuck was preceded in death by his father Paul and mother Alice, sister Rose Evans and son-in-law Larry Wolfe.
Though Brother Priddy has passed, he will remain in the hearts and memories of his many friends and family. Local 89 members will be forever grateful for his service in building this organization as well as his continued involvement as president of Retiree Chapter.
Visitation will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home today from 3-8pm. The service will be at Guardian Angels Catholic Church tomorrow at 11 am with burial following at Evergreen Cemetery.
