On Friday, October 16th, 2015, the members at Mondelez unanimously ratified a new three-year agreement with the company. Some of the highlights of this new contract include:
No increases in health care costs to the members during the life of this agreement.
Increases in members pension plan all the first year.
Increases in hourly wages of .75 cents in the first year .50 cents in the second year, and .50 cents in the third year.
