The Pension Rights Center (PRC), a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C. that has defended pensions across America for the last 40 years, have submitted comments to the Treasury Department regarding the Central States Pension Fund (CSPF) Rescue Plan.

Like Local 89, the PRC strongly disagrees with the CSPF and has encouraged the Treasury Department to reject this incredibly damaging rescue plan.
